Hi, sorry to be so long between posts. I'll update now.

I'll just re-iterate: I am using the Tria according to the manufacturer's directions. 2-4 weeks between treatments.

As for 2 passes at a time, it takes HOURS, literally, to make one pass on my legs.

Thanks for reviewing this for the rest of us - I recently purchased the no!no! hair removal system, and it's alright for arms, but definitely not good for coarse hair. I'm thinking of returning it now with the hopes of getting one of these.... question though - what kind of information (if any) did they take when you called to register? I'm from Canada and I'd love to be able to somehow get one of these across the border, but I'd be concerned about being able to activate it and if the warranty/trial period guarantee would be still honoured.

If the Tria works anything like the diode laser at a treatment spa you don't want to be reusing it 2 or 3 weeks later. It' should take 1-2 weeks for the damaged hair to fall out and then several more weeks for that hair to begin growing again. If you want to make sure you haven't missed a spot I would double pass the area in once sitting, rather than 3-5 days later.

Actually, M, the Tria instructions state that it is recommended to wait 2-4 weeks between treatments and most of the participants in their studies waited 2-3 weeks.

Please, You should learn some things!

You should only use your laser machine with 3 weeks interval!

If you use this today, the hair spend (2 to 3) weeks to fall down and to came another. Only in that time you should make another session!

Sorry about my bad english,
M., from Portugal

The actual laser that hits you is smaller than a dime, once you get going its sort of fast. As fast as you can lay it on your skin let it zapp you and lift it up and on again, its kinda fast. You need to overlapp what you have done, thats very important. If you bounce around you will lose out on your results. My skin down there is dark,so it hurts me more than a lighter person. The closer your shave the better, it targets dark hairs or even dark skin. You can burn youself if you have dark skin. So be carefull.

The Tria is the same kind of laser that laser clinic used on me. A diode laser, except that theirs is alot better. They just keep on going, they hold the button and slide it down your body. The Tria is single shot laser, put it on your skin, hear a begining beep then it zapps you with a final beep .Lift it off of your skin and do it all over again, there is no trigger. When it has seated itself properly against your skin then it starts. It wont shoot you until it has properly seated itself. Put it on your skin, let it zapp you then lift it off of your skin, do it again, and again, and again. Thats why you need to be a very patient person.
